Mixed Greens Salad with Lemon Mustard Vinaigrette
This large salad was made for a friend’s get-together on Friday. It is made up of mixed greens, radishes, tomatoes, pecans, and carrots. On the side I made a lemon mustard vinaigrette, the same one used on my artichokes and I got good reviews on it!
